About the Neighborhood
Lynwood North is a community of 170 single-family homes, built in seven phases throughout the early 1990s. The neighborhood is made up of established streets, mature trees, and a mix of long-term and newer residents. Homes were constructed by a variety of builders over several years, which gives the area a consistent but not cookie-cutter look. Located in a quiet suburban setting, Lynwood North continues to function as a stable, residential neighborhood with an active volunteer-run HOA.
